Steve became an agent/owner in 2004 after his stepdad, Claude Hicks, passed away.   This gives him sixteen years serving in this role at Hicks & Law Insurors, Inc.  He truly enjoys helping others, whether that is with their insurance needs or even on a project.  When not working, he enjoys boating, fishing, traveling to the beach, and chasing the sunset.  Steve has been married for thirty four years to his best friend, Kelly.  They have one dog, Lugnut.  His nephew, Robby Moore, works at the agency serving as an agent and Vice President.  He is a people person that loves talking to elderly people as he sees them being able to take him back in time and educate him about valuable life lessons.  Steve enjoys working with his staff we have, and he sees them as part of his family.

The first thing you will see when you enter Hicks & Law Insurors is Lisa Clark’s smiling face.  Lisa has been a Customer Service Representative at the agency since 2017.  In her free time, Lisa enjoys doing craft projects, going fishing, and Jeeping.  Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her wonderful friends and family.  She has been married to her husband, Randy, for twenty five years, and they have a son, Brandon, who is 22.  She also has a cat, Pepper.  She loves working for a company that is family owned and operated.  She feels like she is part of the family, and is very blessed to be a part of Hicks & Law Insurors, Inc.

Donnie, better known as Pudge, has been in the insurance industry since 1983, and he has been part of Hicks & Law Insurors since 2003.  Donnie’s hobbies include playing the piano and being the music leader at his church, New Hope Baptist, and spending time with his family.  He and his wife, Patti, have been married for 36 years in 2020, and they have two sons, Trey and Nathan.  His time is now taken up with keeping up with his five grandchildren.  Donnie most enjoys spending time helping customers with finding the right coverage for their needs.

Robby actually grew up in the agency.  His grandfather, Claude Hicks, would regularly pick him up after school and bring him to the office, so it makes sense that he would gravitate towards the insurance industry.  After earning his degree in Business and Organizational Management from Maryville College in 2009, Robby went to work for Hicks & Law Insurors.  His value for competition, hard work, and teamwork gained from playing football at Maryville High School combined with the values of customer service learned from his grandfather and uncle, Steve Jones, helps guide him to the correct coverage at competitive prices with building and maintaining personal relationships with every client he helps.  While not at work, Robby enjoys playing with his dog Cash, automobile racing, college football, and traveling.
